Les Olson Company announces the retirement of Jim Olson.  We express our deep appreciation to Jim for his extraordinary leadership as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Les Olson Company.  During his more than 47 years with the company his influence and leadership has helped steer Les Olson Company through a changing business environment as technology continues to shape how people communicate and transact business.  Jim has a great ability to influence change at the appropriate time, while also remaining true to the same level of honesty and integrity the business was founded on 60 years ago.  His commitment and dedication to making people feel important is one of Jim’s many trademarks.

Jim Olson shares many of the same qualities of leadership which his parents, Les and Reva did.  Jim has whole-heartedly continued their legacy and passion for giving back to our community in various charitable services and donations. Evidence of his passion for service and generosity is Jim’s service to our country in the United States Army, stationed in Korea during the Vietnam War. Jim maintains a deep level of patriotism today, and we are grateful for his service.

Les Olson Company is a family-owned and independently operated business with seven locations from Logan to Las Vegas. Since 1956, Les Olson Company has been providing businesses with the technology they need to enhance operational efficiency and allow them to do more in less time. Over the past 60 years, technology has changed, but their commitment to customers remains the same – to offer only the highest-quality products, to provide the best customer service possible and to give back to the community.

Jim is an outstanding person and leader and the entire Company, Board, and Shareholders appreciate his long record of incredible leadership, dedication and accomplishment at Les Olson Company.  Jim, we wish you the very best as you begin this new adventure.
