Full-time Network Office Equipment Connection Specialist

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Responsibilities: We are looking to add a friendly, professional individual to our team as a full-time Network Office Equipment Connection Specialist who will be primarily responsible for connecting and configuring network-capable office equipment to our client’s networks, as well as training customers on the operation of their newly purchased equipment. The Networked Office Equipment Connection Specialist is responsible for providing quality services and solutions to our clients while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

  • Provide customized training to end users
  • Complete the connectivity of equipment by installing printer software onto workstations and servers and installing/configuring scanning software
  • Test all functions and applications prior to leaving client to ensure newly installed equipment operates to client’s expectations
  • Troubleshoot all issues that arise during network installation, training and/or testing utilizing all resources available to ensure complete client satisfaction
  • Maintain scheduled appointments to ensure efficiency while supporting our clients through timely arrivals or notifying Installation Coordinator and client of scheduling changes/conflicts
  • Complete proper paperwork with client and retain necessary documentation
  • Communicate post-installation information and status to Sales Representatives
  • Create, maintain, and safeguard all company assigned training and installation tools and materials
  • Research and keep up-to-date with new and existing products supported by the connectivity team
  • Assist Sales Representatives with pre-sales questions and assist on demonstrations for potential clients as requested
  • Rebuild, reinstall OS, and update various print controllers
  • Attend required company and departmental meetings
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by direct supervisor or manager

Responsibilities: We are currently seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to fill a position as a B2B Account Executive in our Salt Lake City corporate headquarters. Responsibilities: Les Olson Company is looking to add a friendly professional to their team in the Ogden branch. This individual would join the Administrative Team as a Sales Receptionist. Duties include answering busy phones, assisting the sales team with proposal creation and other correspondence preparation, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
