Responsibilities: This person who fills this position will work to identify businesses that can benefit from our Managed Print Services solution and work with these businesses during the sales process as well maintaining an ongoing and consultative client relationship once the solution is implemented.

Responsibilities: The service receptionist assists our customers by placing repair requests on office equipment via the telephone, email and webpage. This position works closely with teammates to provide support for our field technicians, sales team and management. The service receptionist helps by accomplishing a variety of other tasks including: date entry, assistance with billing, and other administrative tasks. Offsite Customer Service Representative

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Responsibilities: A Les Olson Company Offsite Client Relationship Representative visits customer locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas to provide cleaning of office equipment (copiers, fax machines, scanners, printers), assist customers in setting up supply stocks (toner, paper, staples), gathering information from equipment to be used for billing, and provide face to face support and care for our customers. You will interact with many different people every day and are the face of our company. Therefore, it is extremely important that our Client Relationship Reps have a very professional appearance with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements: No experience is necessary in this field to apply for this position as we provide complete training. We are confident our training program will prepare you for a long and successful career. Our customer service staff is well respected throughout the United States for our professionalism, knowledge, and experience.
