They must put their employees through some rigorous customer service training because I don’t think I have ever worked with more professional staff than Les Olson Company. Courteous, helpful and very very knowledgeable.

The service team is GREAT. When I called in problems, they try to fix it over the phone and if not give me a “window” when they can be here to fix it. So far the service team has been very fast on the house calls and been able to be here in a very short time.

While the copiers are great, my favorite thing about Les Olson is their customer service. I have been so impressed with the customer service I have received from Les Olson. I never have to follow-up or wonder if something is getting done. They always respond when they say they are going to. It makes my job having Les Olson actually care about the service they are giving. I also love that a real live person answers the phone when I call. Everyone that I have come in contact with has been professional and kind. Tom Chapman was the first sales associate I came in contact with from Les Olson and he impressed me from day 1. He was never pushy, and was patient in waiting for us to get out of our current lease. He was always willing to help and answered any questions with kindness. I trusted him and knew that he cared about us personally and not just as another client. He is the reason that I have switched all of our company’s copiers over to Les Olson.

My favorite thing about Les Olson Company has to be the staff my sales rep, Art Sims, was an amazing person whom never gave up on us. We were locked in a contract with another company and it was a pretty large buyout and he came by almost on a daily basis to check on us see how we were doing and updating us on what was going on with the rate of a new machine. Art made it possible for us to be part of the Les Olson Company, he kept working on getting a better price. He still stops by to say hi and see how we are doing. He never gave up on us and that is what made it an outstanding experience. The service team is also excellent. I have only had one service call since receiving my machine in July. Mike, our service Tech, was very helpful and kind. Any question we had, he had an answer. He also helped me to understand the machine and its capabilities a little better.

The customer service has been outstanding. We called and John Huston [sales rep] was here within 20 minutes to help us. The overall experience of getting a copier/scanner through Les Olson has been a dream. They came quickly when we called, they delivered when they said they would. The machine has operated perfectly like we had hoped and like they had promised. We love the setup/service team. They were on time and got everything done quickly to get us up and running. John Huston was very professional and delivered on everything he promised. We will call John for all of our needs in the future.

I like that they have a local office close to us. They have always been quick to respond if we have issues with our copier or questions about how to do something. I like that the service department has knowledgeable people who answer the phones and can sometimes just walk you through how to fix and error when possible. I think that customer service is good. Reception staff is always courteous and helpful. The support team and training I have received has been great. When you call in with a question or to get someone out to service the machine they are always helpful and knowledgeable. There usually isn’t too long of a delay and can sometimes come same day or next day which is great since we cannot get much done without our copier/printer. The service men that come on site our always clean and professional.

Michael Foster was very helpful with a service issue we had. He not only took care of the issue, but he also did preventative maintenance while here, giving our printer an extra boost in performance. He answered questions and did a thorough job of taking care of our machine. Thanks Michael!!!
The customer service we’ve received from our salesman and the technicians has always been great. Always very easy to work with.
They [Les Olson Company] are honest and always willing to make sure we are happy. I don’t have to worry about my copiers or maintenance and repairs. When I call I get a real person on the phone and they work with us. Other companies make the sale and then you never hear from them. With Les Olson, they are always making sure our needs are met and within our budget. The service team is friendly and they call me by name. If they can’t resolve the problem over the phone they are more then happy to come over. And normally it’s within the same day. The supplies are always on hand. We have yet to be down because they can’t fix a copier or the part was back ordered. I also enjoy talking to a live person who understands our needs and is willing to connect us with the right person.

I personally want to thank Monte Glasgow for going above and beyond in his service to our organization. We needed to print programs for the graduation of Utah Dare Officers Training to be held tomorrow. Our copier had a problem and even though it was at 8 pm, we called Monte, and he dropped what he was doing on his personal time and came to our office to personally assist us in getting the copier working. I also want to thank the technician he called and who remote accessed our printer to work out the issue. He also spent about an hour of his time helping us. This is the kind of service that really sets Les Olson apart from other companies we have done business with in the past. I sincerely hope that Monte and the technician who helped us tonight until 10 pm can be recognized for going the extra mile. Account executives like Monte are a great asset to your company.
